Wealth Advisor / Partner
Jeff is Financial Forum, Inc.'s managing partner and wealth advisor. He is convinced that a financial life driven by awareness, communication, and purpose is available to everyone. When priorities are the focus, instead of products, goals are often within reach.
A mentor of Jeff's often reminded him, "Everyone wants to be on a winning team!". Her point was that people are motivated when they are recognized, when they are winning, and when they KNOW they are on the right track. Jeff's experience and practice has found this to be true in achieving client's financial goals. He believes that individuals, families, and businesses are teams working together toward financial goals. Whether or not these teams win depends on financial awareness, communication, and purpose. Jeff wants to help them win!
Prior to joining Financial Forum Inc., Jeff served as Vice President of Operations for the Better Business Bureau (Spokane, WA & Austin, TX). He was responsible for core BBB services including publishing company reports, investigations, and dispute resolution. In this role, Jeff had many opportunities to share his knowledge and testify on the subject to the Texas House of Representatives and Senate. While at the BBB, Jeff recognized and developed his passion for the financial literacy and education.
Jeff graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Economics and holds his Series 7 and 66 securities registrations with LPL Financial. Jeff and his wife Michelle are proud parents to their son, George, and daughter, Julia. The four of them (and their three dogs) reside in Spokane, where they enjoy spending time together, being curious, and trying new things.
Jeff’s favorite quote…“The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing.” - Stephen Covey

Director of Operations
She is the newest member of our team having started in August of 2018. Prior to joining the Financial Forum family, she worked as a Registered Client Service Associate at UBS and Portfolio Management Associate at US Trust Company.

While attending her MBA program she was the winner of the university’s business plan competition and became a published author with her thesis, “Extreme Turbulent Environments: An Examination of Environment Theory, Case Study and Qualitative Analysis of the 2008 Economic Crisis”.
Christianne relocated to the greater Spokane Area to be close to family; she lives in Mead and can be found playing with her dogs or on horseback competing and training for eventing when not at Financial Forum.
Christianne’s favorite quote “Shoot for the moon, because even if you miss you, you'll land in the stars.” - Les Brown
Marketing & Client Services Associate
Tiffany Wong is our Marketing and Client Services Associate with Financial Forum, Inc. Tiffany has often said, “Helping people and contributing to the community are what matters most to me” and she shows this with her level of client engagement and by volunteering in the community.
Tiffany was born and raised in Hong Kong, though for her senior year of High School, she made the choice to study abroad in America and has stayed ever since. After completing High School at Tri-Cities Prep, she moved to Cheney, and with her avid love of helping others she studied teaching to get her BA of Teaching K-9 Mathematics with a minor in Applied Developmental Psychology and Art at Eastern Washington University.
Teaching 7th Grade Mathematics and Science at Laurin Middle School had helped her realize there was more good she could do for others. She found that while math was taught, very little understanding of personal finance was taught to students. Recognizing that many of her friends and the people she knew were living paycheck to paycheck, she has sought to find a way to help others understand the importance of wealth management through marketing and bring awareness to the importance of budgeting and personal finance through the use of modern platforms.
Thus, she moved back to the greater Spokane area and did her masters course work at Whitworth University and now joined the Financial Forum family.
Tiffany’s favorite quotes: “One of the deep secrets of life is that all that is really worth the doing is what we do for others.” - Lewis Carroll
